The main goal of the partnership seminar was to develop green business projects in the private sector, reduce product costs by applying Lean Production approaches to production systems, optimize production cycles, strengthen a customer-oriented approach, and eliminate excessive resource consumption in internal processes.
The main areas discussed were:
Experiences in implementing Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Just-in-Time (JIT), Kanban
Identification of excess effort, waiting, excess inventory, and other types of losses in processes
Formation of a culture of continuous improvement by strengthening the role and participation of production employees
Analysis and assessment of production efficiency through digital monitoring systems.
According to the results of the meeting:
Agreement on the trial introduction of Lean Production methods at pilot enterprises;
Planning the creation of Lean groups in each enterprise to analyze and improve processes;
Establishing training programs to involve employees in the Lean culture;
A conclusion was reached on the development of a system of key performance indicators (KPI) for assessing the performance of enterprises.
In order to develop and widely promote this direction:
Organize Lean Production laboratories in large industrial zones and production clusters;
Develop national methodologies based on international experience;
Integrate Lean approaches with quality management systems (ISO 9001);
The need to develop general Lean strategies to increase efficiency in cooperation with local suppliers was emphasized.
At the end of the meeting, the participants emphasized the need for a systematic approach to identifying and optimizing all processes that do not contribute to value creation in production. This meeting was an important stage in the deepening of the Lean Production philosophy and increasing industrial efficiency.
